Award-winning would-be journalist Jake Harrington co-founded On-Site, a software business for rental housing with patented technology. He helped to grow it into a national leader with no outside capital until selling in 2017.

 

He now resides in South Florida, investing in properties and technology while also pursuing impactful philanthropy.
